Datapaq CoilPaq Thermal Profiling System
The Datapaq CoilPaq is used in surface coating lines to monitor the temperature profile of the coil strip at various points across its width, as it is fed through the oven. The design of the CoilPaq allows you to place this instrument on the moving coil without stopping the line. Precise temperature readings begin immediately when the thermocouples enter the oven and are taken at high speed for optimum resolution.

Datapaq MonoPaq2 Thermal Profiling System
The Datapaq MonoPaq2 is a customized oven profiling system designed specifically for monitoring the coating cure process of aluminum bottles, aerosols and collapsible tubes in Monoblock ovens. This system is based on the unique, smaller micro Q18 data logger and now allows both Monoblock OBO pin lines and IBO basket lines to be monitored.
The MonoPaq2 evolves from the original Datapaq MonoPaq, but with its reduced size and improved mounting mechanism, it is easier and quicker to install on OBO Pin lines and IBO basket lines.
Datapaq StenterPaq Thermal Profiling System
The Datapaq StenterPaq allows you to monitor the temperature profile of your fabric as it passes through the stenter/tenter ovens. It combines the latest data logger technology with thermal protection and analytical software to ensure your process is kept within specified tolerances. The StenterPaq is designed to be either supported by the fabric or by the tenter hooks, with only the thermocouple tips touching the fabric. It can be used on a wide range of material from smooth fabric to heavy, deep pile carpet.
